I gave the contract to Rocky Point Heating and Air Conditioning to install my heat pump - work was completed 2 months ago. I cannot say enough good things about Marco and his team. Right from the first meeting to completion day they have been really wonderful. Marco answered all my questions promptly and with great patience. After completion one of the internal units was making an unusual noise so I messaged Marco. He had Alex come over the very next day. The unit was fixed within a couple of hours. Thanks Alex!! I don't know why anyone would choose another company. Rocky point was able to replace our furnace very quickly after it failed. Led by Marco, they were all thorough and proactive communicators, they saved us thousands from helping us make the right decisions, they went above and beyond in the work, and the whole team was very professional throughout the whole process. The other companies that we had quote and advise us really helped us make the decision. The competitors (also highly rated on google) were slow to get back to us or never did, they quoted us up to $10,000 more for things we didn't need, and one of them was using annoying and concerning pressure tactics to get us to sign before anyone else could quote.

We’re so happy with Rocky Pt. H&AC! We’d bought a new dual fuel, downdraft stove and were unhappy with the store’s install team “inspection”, estimate etc. So we called Marco at RPHAC and he sent Alex over a few hours later to take a look, then booked our install for the following week - at a much lower rate than the other company. Tristan arrived and got right to work on this difficult job (old stove vent went in different direction than the new stove’s), with Marco coming by to ensure all was going well. (Photo shows stove before we removed front wrap.) Highly recommend this smaller local company and their team!

We recently had heat pump installation in the condo. The staff were friendly, knowledgeble and very efficient. It was alot of construction but the condo was clean at the end of each day. We were extremely pleased with communication throughout the process. Nothing was too much to ask. We highly recommend Rocky Point Heating for heating and AC installation.

Rocky Point HVAC , the team of Marco, David, Tristan and Alex were fabulous to work with. Marco did our estimate promptly and scheduled our work in two stages as we needed the hot water portion done quickly. All work was completed within two weeks , efficiently and very cleanly. From start to finish we were impressed with the workmanship and the attitudes of the installers, pleasant, polite and respectful ( and very kind to our dog). Highly recommend these gentlemen for your HvAC and hot water on demand needs.
