We were very pleased with the initial assessment of our needs, the answers to the many dozens of questions I had, the scheduling, and the actual installation. The installers were very polite, they made sure everything was completely cleaned up, and their work was flawless. "We had a heat pump die..and the temps were going up over 30°C and I work shift..not good. No one wants to do house calls anymore but Marco came on short notice because he made time in his schedule for us otherwise we would be waiting forever. He repaced a common thing..a capacitor which he had to leave and come back to install but he did not overcharge And did within an hour. I know someone who had the exact same problem so the pricing on the part was spot on. Our luck ran out because 2 weeks later when our furnace died..so no blower for the AC. He was in constant contact, gave us a solid quote and installed it ASAP. Professional, honest, puctual and most of all this guy cares enough to help you if you have an emergency. I won't be using any other company for HVAC period."
